Although often criticized taxes is an important tool in the hand of the government in order to raise revenues. People do not necessarily think of it that way For many people the tax rates are simply too high and should be reduced. It is amazing to see that the same types of taxes are present around the whole world under different names. In England for example we have the company tax which the French will call ‘impôt société’ which is a tax imposed on businesses. This shows that taxes are used all around the world by government to get revenues.
